Our service range

As cutting edge technology is generally related with high costs, Medicare HTM has developed an innovative solution to give practitioners easier access to this technology without any investment. Our unique concept has already convinced a large number of healthcare professionals. What about you ?

Ophtalmology services

Development of the multi-site concept in France was driven by our continuous concern for innovation and your requirements. Browse for service details.

The multi-site service concept

The multi-site rental concept was added to Medicare HTM’s service range in 1994. Its purpose: Giving ophthalmologists access to technology such as the excimer and femtosecond laser in a dedicated technical and technological environment.

With the multi-site rental service, eye surgeons can develop their refractive surgery activity without further investment and financial pressure.

We provide ophthalmologists with

Une parfaite maitrise technologique

Use of the most controlled technologies in the world: the entire inspection and calibration procedure is carried out for each installation

Une assistance de professionnels hautement qualifiés

Assistance from highly-skilled professionals: this technical support allows you to focus on your patients

Experience acquired by hundreds of specialists. Thousands of treated patients

A quality assurance initiative was implemented across the company, allowing us to get the ISO 9001 certification for our multi-site rental activity. This initiative covers all business activities, combining the technical, administrative, logistics, sales and executive teams and perennially boosts our continuous service improvement policy

Technical assistance

On a daily basis: In order to manage the technologies (from setting up to maintenance), the laser safety managers accompany you on a daily basis and are entirely dedicated to their laser and the smooth running of the treatments. Each technician is responsible for his own laser, allowing you to devote yourself fully to your patient.

For your learning progress: Whether to start in refractive surgery or to discuss your practices with your colleagues, we offer 1 to 2 once a year, theoretical and practical workshop days. These days are an opportunity to take stock of your knowledge and practices, to exchange with different experienced practitioners and potentially to discover technological developments. For more information, visit our practical workshops section.

Schwind

AMARIS

Schwind’s AMARIS laser is intended for no-touch refractive surgery (transPRK).

Scope of application:

  • Myopia (-14D)
  • Hyperopia (+8D)
  • Astigmatism (+/- 7D)
  • Presbyopia (Presbymax module)

Combined use of the laser and the Sirius topographer allows customised treatment and compensates cyclotorsion.
